They spend time, effort and money to give you a great day. It would be a crying shame if this was the last detail day produced because so many people wasted their time. I attended Junes day and I learned more there than I ever had in 3-4 years of detailing.

If you can`t make it, the very least you have to do is call. No shows are totally unacceptable with very few exceptions.

I have been here long enough to know you guys and I appreciate all the help I get from the forum members. I really feel like I know some of you via the Net, but I am disapointed in the lack of considerstion you gave Steve, Poctets and his crew who do their best to provide a fun, educational, free food day.

Steve dont let a few ruin it for the many.
Yep and that is why I did not commit because I knew I could not be their.

I really enjoyed messing with Cad-Zilla, WHOLIE SMOKES thats a lot of U.S. steel. yes I know Steve just wanted to clean it up a bit and protect it for it`s winter nap, but I just had to try my hands at a well aged single stage paint and make it a bit better.. I believe the finish was CERAMIC, what a bugger. it was a challenge I liked.

    Re: Fall Detailing Weekend

    Steve,

I`m sorry to hear about so many no shows. IMO there is little to no excuse that someone cannot call, email or something about a last minute change. We can all understand that last minute things pop up, but that`s doesn`t change what Steve and crew are dong to accommodate this event, there is a huge difference in 6 and 30 attending.

As stated time, money and lots of effort goes into one of these FREE events.

Anyway I am way jealous of these events as we don`t ever have one out here in the West Coast...
