Did you just spray it on everything and wipe it off or did you hand wipe things down?

    Re: Engine detailing without water

    It turned out great!
While my engine compartment has never been that dirty, I have been able to do the same basic thing with Spray & Wipe. I had never considered using the BnB.
It appears to do the cleaning and dressing in one step which has to be handy for those that dress the engine compartment. I don`t happen to feel I need a dressing as long as I don`t miss any places when cleaning.
One of the reasons I occasionally use a product that i rinse off with water is to get into the areas that are difficult to reach with a towel or brush. The ribbed hoses and the firewall that is behind the engine are my most difficult places to get to.
It doesn`t look like those areas gave you much problem. What did you use for a cleaning tool?

at little of both ... when I`m outdoors I would spray liberally but inside I mostly did wiping with a cotton towel ..so i obviously missed some spots
