Re: 3 new apron prototypes ..whch one do you like?

What about a Velcro loop on the top for the power cord? I thought that was a good idea on the Edge apron.
BTW - Whichever`s the lightest material gets my vote.

we found the loop to be a PIA ... putting it in taking it off ... being able to put your machine down and walk away or answer the phone or use the bathroom ...I`ve always just thrown the cord over my should when working on the roof, hood or trunk, but prefer to let it hang when working the sides...

the velvet smooth (green) seems the lightest but the waffle weave was also pretty light and very different

Never had the Edge apron myself so the loop LOOKED like a good idea but I guess in reality....nope.
If the waffle weave is a lightweight material, I`d prefer the waffle weave - even tho I voted for the glass MF.

I like the coral colored one.

How about a robe? that way I could polish in just my speedo and dress socks without offending the neighbors?

o man they were bad. It was very annoying. The first time i went to put down the machine to get product or something i was still attached then had to unattach then reattach you get the pic. I like them much better without them.

I would prefer the lightest and best in hot climates (stay coolest). Maybe those who detail in colder climates may want the opposite.

    I voted for the WW.

I am curious which one pockets felt as being the most comfortable (if there was a difference)

the velvet smooth was the most comfortable, I tried them on first before Pocket`s decided to come to work , but the waffle weave was also light and could certainly absorb a lot of sweat

I found i liked the ww and the mega plush. If i had to choose one i would go with the ww becasue i just liked the way it felt and seemed to be light.

I voted for the WW, but you guys have the advantage of being able to actually see how they feel when being worn. I probably would have picked the mega plush until someone mentioned it might get too hot...... still that might be a better choice for durability

Slightly OT, but for those that liked the cord loop, you could put a "caribeener" on the collar to hold it (and for quick releases). You could "multi-task" and get a caribeener with a watch built in and use it instead of one on your arm (thus reducing the chance of accidentally marring your paint if you brushed against it with your watch hand).

    Just a thought... carry on...

Re: 3 new apron prototypes ..whch one do you like?

We were just looking them over again and yes the pockets are reinforced as are all the seams

We also took a second look at comparing the Waffle Weave vs the Mega-Plush apron.
Pockets said he was getting hot immediately in the Mega-Plush and that the Waffle Weave seems more sturdy and comfortable
