Bold N Bright Gel application tip

So with my new tires they have an aggressive shoulder and upper side wall with the rest smooth and raised letters.

I tried applying with the Carrand tire brush. It left brush marks on the smooth sections. Then I tried a tire swipe which took forever. Then used a combo of both, a major hassel.

So what did I do for my All-Terrains?

I grabbed my HF Detail Paint Gun I used for shooting Opti. Filled the air compressor, set it to 40psi, and filled the hopper with some BnB.

I used less product and application was a breeze.

So BnB gel will work via spray gun delivery.

You may say, why not just get the liquid?
Well, I prefer gels over liquid. Plus the air gun delivers a smooth consistent spray pattern and I don`t have to clean over spray from the rim.

Bonus: also makes undercarriage dressing easy, and with less mess like product run off on the garage floor or driveway.

Lol, it is a time saver and I got mine for like $10. Just flush with water and dry to keep it from clogging.

nice work .. tire looks great ... we sell it by the drum to tunnel washes that do the same as you, but i never thought of a personal size sprayer ... the 55 gallon drum would be the most efficient way
life is short ..do it while you can

Hmmmm....55 gallons....I shouldn`t, the wife thinks I`m crazy as it is. I could imagine the looks I`d get when people ask what oil is in the drum. Then I tell them it`s not oil, it`s tire dressing.

Your, welcome for around $120 you could have a decent new set up, or cheaper searching CL for a compressor. That Kobalt one is great for mobil and doing tires.

Looks great !!! I have an aggesive sidewall like your on my Goodyear Duratracs. Dressing them is a real pain when I use Bold and Bright (liquid). I think I am going to try either the Carrand brush or a paint brush to get into all the crevices. Wish I had access to a paint sprayer.

If you have power access you can get a setup you can even use mobil for around $120. If you want info PM me.

The Carrand works great wit liquids. I use when I apply Hyper Dress, or BF AIO trim n tire.

Yeah I`ll pm it since ACC sells the Opti sprayer, just to be on the safe side.

That tank will work, just adjust the regulator to back the pressure down.
