    S&W vs S&G

If you had to use 1 product after washes and on dusty cars ( this one being a black one ) what would you choose. I am looking for that just polished look. Thanks!

Only one???? Well for the black S&W would be your best bet because it has more cleaning ability so you have less of a chance of marring which shows up more on black. You`ll still have a nice `just finished` look but if you then follow up with S&G or any other QD the finish will look the best. BTW just remember it`s spray and WIPE to ensure no marring.

After washes- any QD or S&W would work. The QD`s would give a different look than S&W but make sure the surface is clean.

How will S&W look different? I have used Spary and Gloss and it was pretty good IMO. Its just hard for me not to over use the product. Its harder to wipe clean.

Spray and Wipe will leave the surface clean so whatever wax or sealant you have on the car, that is what will be seen. QD`s use gloss enhancers that will make your finish `pop` a little more hence a different look than S&W. Either way you can`t go wrong as long as you aren`t inducing marring.

funny, unless it rains my car pertty much stayes clean. The only thing is I live on a lot that has pine trees and the car is under a car port it still gets dust from them on it. Plus its on a gold course and I guess grass and other things are flying in teh air..

I`d go with S&W if I had to choose between the two.

Some people have had good luck mixing the two for the best of both worlds.

I having a Black car feel your pain. I myslef use S&W if the car is not too dirty. I don`t care much for the S&G in fact I think it seems to attract more dust. After every wash (including S&W) I apply a layer of QW+. The shine is increditble. I have also become good friends with the California Duster.

I would use my California Car Duster in this situation followed by the S&G to give it a great shine. Or i would use the S&W to clean any residue off and then use either S&G or one of the other QD`s I use.

I would prep and wax/seal the car very well and then maintain with Spray and Wipe. There is more lubrication and it will maintain the prep work you did
