    aiding my addiction to Poorboy`s

I always have a nice time talking with Steve when I call him for an order of detailing supplies. We have a good conversation about things then get on to business.

Recently I ordered a 5 gallon supply of Spray and Gloss then mentioned that I need a quart bottle to apply the stuff. The only reason that I mentioned this is because the last time that I ordered I had asked for a quart sprayer. He sent the order. In it was the sprayer. Sans the bottle. I had to laugh. I got exactly what I had asked for. We exchanged emails and had a good laugh over what was percieved compared to what was recieved.

Well on the last order I had asked him to send a bottle to fit the sprayer that he had sent in the previous order. He mentioned that the five gallon jug is shipped seperately. When I realized that there would be additional charges for shipping I told him to forget about it. I would ask the next time that I made an order. No big deal. Then just forgot about it.

Today I recieved my 5 gallon jug of S&G along with a Fed EX box with a lot of goodies in it. Not only was the quart bottle in the box but another sprayer, a spiggot, and several MF towels. All items that I could use but did not ask for or pay for, including the shipping. I feel very special!! ( I know it does not take much ...right!!)

What a nice custromer service appreciation kind of thing. I appreciate his sponsorship on this forum. I really like the products that he provides. Yet what remains in my mind is that Steve made me feel real good about doing businesswith him. He helps me with my addiction! I just thought that I should let someone else know how I feel.
