trouble with blue pwc and blue nattys

the only way i can get either one off is if i just apply to a fender at a time and remove right away. i`ve read on here about people leaving it on longer but when i do it is really hard to remove and my towel sticks to the surface. i`ve tried it on about 5 different cars and i am honestly affraid to even try it on my truck.

What sort of towel are you using? Sounds like you are putting it on WAY WAY WAY too thick.

I agree...sounds like you are not spreading it out thin enough...you should barely be able to see it.

Definitely sounds like you`re putting on gobs, as opposed to super thin layers. Also, are you in the sun or shade? If it`s sunny you need to remove it sooner, but you can definitely do the entire car then remove. Shouldn`t have to do it a panel at a time.

When they say apply it thin they mean it - like so thin you can hardly see it thin. Application with a PC definitely makes that easier, if you have one. I apply pwc with a finishing pad and usually it`s applied so thin you only see it after it starts to haze. Natty`s I do by hand, but same premise. As thin as possible, and keep the applicator damp.

you also might not be leaving it on long enough...it needs to come to a complete haze before removing..removing while wet can be hard and it also will not allow the wax to bond to the finish.

Sounds like a bit to much product to me......what are you using to apply the wax? foam, MF, terry?

I apply my pastes so thin that all you can see is broken light and smudging. There`ll be some areas that don`t even look like it`s got it, but there is some there if you apply everywhere.
I apply inside my shop. Unless the instructions say otherwise (like Souveran or AIO), I apply to the entire car, and remove afterward. I usually take my time, so about 1/2 hour for removal.
When I first started using waxes, I applied way too thick, and it was tough to take off and had dusting. Less is more.

Same here - usually when folks post threads like this it`s over-application. Live and learn just like us.

Even if you apply it too thin, or you may not trust that you waxed every area, you can still go over the car again with another layer to insure complete coverage. Two layers of less is better than one layer too thick. Good luck.

I have found that Nattys is VERY easy to remove! If you think Nattys is difficult don`t try Klasse SG!

i just tried it on my trucks fender. i followed your advice and applied it really thin, it came off very easily. i probaly look weird driving around with one shiny fender and tire(bnb) while the rest of my truck is dirty.
