I can`t wait to try this! Sounds pretty cool!
Thanks for sharing your experiment. This is the sort of creative thinking that is moving us forward.
One thing, I do not know what a "foaming face wash dispenser" is or where to get one. Can you elaborate?
go to either the soft soap section of your grocery store (Dial makes a foaming antibacterial soap) or go to the face section (stridex and neutrogena (sp?) makes one), I`m sure there`s more than those. You can tell because they look like regular soap dispensers but they have big honkin nozzles on them instead and it says on the container "foaming". (check out the picture of they blue stridex one)
Do you guys experience a lot of pad hoping with the CCS Orange pads? I could not get it to stop hopping. I tried adjusting the amount of product to use in hope to reduce it, but it simply is not controllable. I am working with #105 in the speed range between 1100 to 1600rpm. This happens with both 5.5" and 6.5" orange pads.
I have no problem whatsoever with the white, gray, red, and blue pad. It is ONLY the orange pad that I have problem with.
This doesn`t happen with the Meguiar`s cutting pads. Just the LC pad. I figured that the dense and stiff foam makes it more prone to hopping.
Any suggestions?
Did you prime it?

Yup, I sprayed a shot of QD on it. Should I try it the KBM or perhaps spray more QD or water onto the pad?
You should be priming it with M105 instead of QD. Just like the KBM way. That should work for you.

Thanks, I will give it a try next time! Hopefully it will reduce the hopping and jumping!
