    Thanks Guys for the help.

    Hey Guys,

Thanks for the help and sorry for the question being so vague, I have been really tired Sleep from work these past two days. Here is my current order that i have been wanting. That is if i can convince my dad first!

    Porter Cable 7424XP Polisher

4 Green Kompressor Pads- To be used with Meguiars Swirl X
4 White Kompressor Pads- To be used with Blackfire Gloss Enchancing Polish
4 Black Kompressor Pads- To be used with Blackfire Advanced Finishing Polish
4 Red Kompressor Pads- To be used with Meguairs No. 21
4 Gold Kompressor Pads- To be used with Meguiars Gold Class ClearCoat Car Wax Paste Wax

I hope that this number of pads is not total overkill, you can`t have to many right!

If you guys see any incompatiblely with these products please let me know!

And the only reason i am using meguiars no.21 is because of the wax that i am applying, otherwise i would use blackfire premium paint protection.

    Thanks:thumbup:

I forgot to mention that i would be detailing a 04 Mercuary Mountaineer, its silver in color! And it does have swirl marks, the swirl marks cannot be seen in the daylight only at nighttime.

This is me reason for using a green pad and not the orange

You are correct in trying the green pad first, but you may have to move up to a white. Depending on what polishes you are using...for mild swirls I like to polish with a white pad and finish down with a black pad and jewel with a red pad.
