    Kevin Brown Method

I have been amazed at the shots of the cars done with the KBM. Is there a how-to guide for this method? I really would like to experiment with it.

Kevin Brown is doing a very detailed write up on the process. When it is completed, he will post it on Topia and I`m sure it will spread like wild fire after that.

Kevin is putting alot of work into the paper he is writing on the subject. A video would take even longer. When Kevin does something it has to be perfect.

I have shot some video of myself doing part of the process. But still have not had the time to DL and edit the video. Since I shot the video I think I have better improved my method of the process. So I may have to reshoot the video.

This method is no joke! I was playing around with a test panel i have today using some Mirka 1000 grit pads and using my G110 to sand. It only took one arm pass back and forth with a burgandy wool pad/105 and the sanding marks were completely removed. I then went further and put the black 2.0 pad on the G110 and used 205 and the panel is now completely leveled out with zero pigtails, wool marring or anything! The new Megs line and this new method is NO JOKE! Its very exciting to have a part in the detailing community when something this good has been released!

Was this done with the G110 as well? If so, very impressive. Is it the So1o wool?

No, sorry it was on a rotary using the rotary version of the KBM. Still impressive though! and yes, the solo pad.
