It really is mood dependant, and what I`m trying to achieve.

Add natty`s red to my list and you simply have a list of MY favorites.

Any and all the ones I listed are worth the price of admission.

    Just my opinion

Thanks again guys!!! I have been waxing for years but now I`m getting OCD in my older years

    Hey VetteMan,
I`m 3/4 of the way through a correction on my 2014 Stingray. After much trial and error I finally ended up using Menzerna FG 400 (after mediocre results with the IP) using Megs Microfiber Cutting pads followed by PF2500 on a Megs MF Finishing pad. I`ve been using a PC DA but I kinda wish I spent the extra money got the Flex as people seem to like it better. This is my first correction so I`m new to all this but the clear seems very hard and many sections have taken multiple passes to completely correct.

    Good Luck!

Torch Red Convertible. That`s what I figured and why I regretted not getting the Flex. This was my first correction so it`s been a learning experience.

    Imho

Menz polishes are made more for rotaries, than da`s

    Just my opinion/experience

May be better off trying a different combo.

    How much damage needs correcting?

Ya this is why when someone tells me they`re looking for a DA polisher for their Corvette or BMW or Mercedes or other type of vehicle that is known to have hard clearcoats, I strongly recommend a FLEX or RUPES polisher. It just makes life so much easier.

what polish would you suggest, then? I tried Megs 105, as well. I thought it performed comparably to the 400.

It was pretty well swirled everywhere. I`m sure it had some factory damage but it was probably mostly the result of my ignorance in washing and waxing techniques when I first got it. Now that I "get it" I`m trying to correct it and try again! It`s only a few months old.

And to answer your other post, I`m in Northern NJ.
