    Menzerna fg400

Just a couple of quick shots of a corvette in for finest coating.
This was fg400 on a micro cut pad only, still to be polished!
    I was impressed!
    After
    Thanks for looking

I have been very impressed with Menzerna FG400 so far! It is really is an excellent cutting compound, which is nothing new from Menzerna.

Is it true, with the Flex 3401, with FG400, it`s better to use slower speeds(3-4) when correcting?

    Is that a pink Vette?

Yes, I only use Menzerna (Also HD Uno for speed jobs) an I have to say FG was tricky in the beginning but once you get the hang of it... it makes life a lot easier.

Your better off around 4 but try stepping too, for some reason it really works well. 1-2 passes with speed 3, 1-2 with speed 4 and then 1-2 with speed 6. It always seems to finish up nicely (Assuming your dialed in with the right pad though).

I like it on speed 6 with firm pressure, but to each their own.

M101 has more cut, FG400 has more working time, produces more gloss, finishes better, etc...

I still love M105 (more than M101), but FG400 is quickly becoming my go to.

IIRC, FG400 didn`t work so well with MF pads in Todd`s test?
