Menzerna Power Finish...
New to detailing I have only used different polishes the first a few years ago to take out swirl marks on my last car I used Meguiars Mirror Glaze #9 swirl remover 2.0 and that was put on with a rotary and if memory serves correct it came off easy. On my current ride to prep for winter LSP I used Meguiars again only I used The Ultimate Polish and really liked it to take out the fine marks with a DA. To take it off I made it easy, I used one towel to wipe the majority off and then spritzed the area with GG pre-wax cleaner and wiped off with another towel. I did this to make sure I had all the polish residue off. Both seem to come off easy. Again being new I think the key is not to let it dry on the paint or clear coat.

PO85RD or Optimum Finish Polish are two I have used extensively without issues. However, it seems to me how much polish you use is a factor in removal more than the brand of polish. Usually when I`m done there is hardly anything to wipe off just a very thin film.
In the past I`ve used too much and it would turn into a soupy mess that you could inflict towel marks to remove. At that point I found out Eraser is little help and Rustoleum Wax and Grease Remover was my new best friend.
With my Microfiber towel is what I use. But you want to use a machine then a DA is the way to go these days.
