Opt Hyper Polish Sprayer Leaks Clogs

I am on my third car using it and love it, but the spray bottle that it comes with leaks, clogs and is a PITA. Does anyone else have these issues? Would it be easier to use one of the other polishes that they offer. If so, which one would compare to Hyper Polish.

I have the same issues all the time with Optimum Hyper Polish SprayHeads. Their Rep will offer to replace the sprayer head/s, but I have never had the time to follow up.
I finally just shook the heck out of the bottle and poured it all out into a more user friendly Meguiars clear bottle with the small hole in the tip they come with, and its been way better.
It IS a great product and I want to be able to use it more, but for gosh sakes, lose that lame sprayer head..

The product dries inside the head when not used regularly. All I have ever had to do is dissassemble the sprayer, soak in hot soapy water, and reassemble pumping some of the warm soapy water through. I keep an extra cleaned so i don`t have to clean on the fly, but it only takes 5 minutes or less to clean. You can go longer between needing to clean by shaking the product very well before use and shaking it a little between each panel.

I will send you a replacement head if you need one, but I`ve only had one cleaning wouldn`t fix and that`s because I broke it trying to "force" it to spray with the tip closed.

What I was doing after done w/ the car, I would hold the bottle upside down and spray until it was cleaned out. I will try cleaning it w/ water.

    Thanks

I never had a problem and have used close to a gallon thru one sprayer head. When I am done using it, I Take the sprayer head off and spray the remainder back into the bottle. Works like a charm every time I use it again.

Its the longer thinner Meguiars bottle that is smooth at the shoulder part and has a tip like one that you can cut to size if needed.

The one you have here will do the same thing too.
