Yes I have, I find Griot`s to be more versatile as far as pad selection and I myself got better results on softer haze prone paint. Tried a few of those products and just didn`t care for the line.

I use Essence or Menz 3800 or Rupes yellow depending on the paint I`m polishing. I like Essence because it saves me time as far as no IPA wipedown.

Ah, OK, thanks! I might have a liftetime supply of polish, but I`ll keep that in mind. I continue to marvel at how well GG has upped their game, especially with regard to correction. And to think that a few years ago Griot`s-bashing was so common here at Autopia that I sometimes felt like the only guy here who liked `em....

I use it a lot, this is a bottle that was in the first set of creams I was given by Rod Kraft when he first went to work there. Trying to save that set.

Heh heh heh....sorry, just had to chuckle as I still tend to measure shelf-life in *decades*. Which might change what with all the differences in products between then and now...

I like the HD polish I`m using now, but wondering if there is any better?
The HD cleans up the Micro Marring, some medium marring and finishes nicely. It smells good, wipes cleanly, and easily. Anything better?

I do wipe down with an IPA, but the less oily the better on the finish polish.

    Thanks in advance.
IMO it`s often dependant on the manufacturer of the paint or the make of vehicles. Soft Subaru and Honda paints respond well to CarPro Essence or Scholl Concepts S30. German paints love Menzerna. the list goes on as there are many many good ones. Coating wise, I tend to use SiO2 versions and Essence makes a great base for them.
