Looks like a heavy compound.
My only other Heavy compound reference would be BF.

My cousin loves it so I bought it to try out. My cousin build high end hot rods and has tried almost every new compound and loves the S20.
These pictures are a one step I`m doing right now to my friends Subaru WRX. Used a orange BS flat pad. Couple passes at speed 4.5 and then two light passes at 3 with light pressure

Yeah that would work well to finish it off with the rupes diamond . Its going to depend on level of defects, paint type, pad used etc. But its a very nice one step product. It also cuts and finishes pretty well with a MF pad on harder paints. Sometimes you dont even need a finishing polish step unless you are just trying to squeeze out some extra gloss.
On a long throw like a Rupes or Boss no more than 4.5 speed. My first time I ran it on 6 and got a lot of dusting hehe.
I have used the s20/ essence combo a few times to great results.

I used the Adams Mini. I was just doing a test spot. This job I`m just doing for a friend for really cheap so it`s only getting a one step and Wolfgang Uber Ceramic. I got the coating for free so I figured I`d pass that on for free.

Doesn`t use much product. If you use too much it`s hard to get off. Use this for a 2x2 section. Then did a couple sections before wiping off.

No problem. This is really the first time I have used them since I got them. Just the hood on my car and used the mini to wax it, which worked fine. This is the first paint correction I`m doing with them. Seems they work better with a softer pad. I used essence and a gloss pad on the hood and it did fine but the S20 on a B&S orange flat it stalls like crazy.
