Best clay towel

Looked all over for a previous thread but couldn`t find one. What is the best clay towel? Would need fine grade only.

I have used the SM Arnold one for a few years now and it works really great in the fine grade which I have used the most.
You may have to go over a section more than once to get that really smooth, perfect surface feeling with your clean, bare, dry hand and fingertips..
This towel has lasted over a year and not really looking like its going to die soon.
Its large and there are 4 large sections to use when you fold it and use it as such..
They also make a medium grade towel which I have but have never seen a reason to use..
All depends on how dirty the paint is and how quickly you want to remove embedded junk at what price of perhaps leaving marring.. (which would be removed anyway at the polish phase)
I only clay with dodo juice born slippy, which is for me the absolute best for any claybar, towel, etc., work..

I was under the impression SM Arnold made them for everyone. Identical looking sponges and mitts seem to be popping up under several brand names. Pure speculation on my part.

I have the Speedy Prep and the Nanoskin both in the fine grade. They both work well but if I had to pick only one it would be the Speedy Prep. Its larger and can be folded into 1/4 ths and IMO removes contaminants just a little better. Either way, you can`t go wrong with one of the two.

I have speedy prep fine and Opti towel fine and medium. The speedy prep is easier do to its size and also shows no signs of wear after 6 uses. The opti towels have been used 3 times and the fine towel looks a little worn the medium towel only used on lower panels and front bumpers looks really beat up already.

I am wanting a mitt. I have the sponges in medium and fine grade, but think the mitt would be faster.

There is nothing I have found that will ever be better than a good poly-claybar that Blackfire makes here.. Claymagic blue is also very good and Zaino red next..
It will always be the best in my experiences, but the small footprint takes longer and it needs to be cleaned (with a great claybar cleaner made by Blackfire here) a lot or you will make a lot more work for yourself.
The claytowel is just bigger and rinses off so much faster and easier... But you may have to go over a spot another time or two, where the claybar will nail it all the first time much easier..
There will always be a place for both media in my cabinet..

In my mind I feel that I get a better "tactile feel" on what`s going on with clay and my hand.

I`m not loving my mitt (fine). I only used 2 maybe 3 times on my car before going back to clay. I liked Clay Magic but now I like Gliptone`s Body Bar.

There is no doubt in my experiences that the Claybar will always give one a better "feel" of what is going on, and I can hear it shearing off the embedded stuff more clearly, and then it all goes quiet, and very smooth..
The ClayTowel has a little of this "feel" but for sure, not as much..
