With Griots and Rupes pushing systems with their polishers many very good polishes may find their way to the back of the closet. I have used Blackfire polishes in the past but now find myself reaching for my Rupes polishes or Menzerma when using my microfiber pads.

Cant go wrong with Menzerna. The blackfire and wolfgang polishes are made by menzerna, so that bodes well. Ive had good experiences with the wg polishes.

I have a sample of the pinnacle compound whatever it is, let me tell ya it worked very good on hard paint and finished quite nicely, I could have gone right to lsp. It is very good.

Any hopes of a chart like this for paint hardness per make and model over the years? That would rock.

That has been brought up a few times, there is an old excel sheet floating around but there are too many manufacturer variables. The same model year and model may get a different batch of paint that is harder or softer.

I am a newbie here. Is it possible to add in Autoglym products like Super Resin Polish? I have Dodo Juice Lime Prime and Super Resin Polish and would like to know if they are both the same in terms of abrasiveness. Also, would it be possible to add in Autoglym Paint Renovator? I would like to know if it has the same cutting as Meg UC? Thanks.

I don`t think adding Autoglym products is possible since Autopia doesn`t carry them and it would be strange to put it there while having the chart titled "Autopia Polish Comparison". However, you may ask how does Autoglym products abrasiveness rated in the chart, since you were using their products as comparisons to try out Dodo products that are offered by Autopia. Enjoy
