Edge2000 DA adapter REPLACEMENT EXCHANGE OFFER

Dear fireman03,
I don`t know when the last time you tried the pads were but I am fully confident that we have resolved all issues with both pads and adapters either single or double sided. What I would suggest is that you let us send you some pads to replace any that have failed ( single sided) and test their longevity. I am sure you will be impressed. I would also like to know if you have ever tried the Edge2000 system? This would be a prefect time to try it out and I would be happy to provide you with an adapter and pad for testing. Let me know if you are interested.

I have tried the edge200 for the rotary and absolutely LOVE it. I never had a problem with those pads. The problem that I had was the single sided DA pads. I never tried the edge200 system because of the thickness. It looked very inclined to tip over to me. It seems, though, that this has been address as well as the adapter failure problem. As shown here in this post, your customer service has always been second to none. I was getting a 100% failure rate with the yellow and green pads due to the heat. This was with the replacement pads that was sent to me about a year ago with the newer version of the glue. I dont know if there is a newer version of adhesive since then, but if there is I WOULD LOVE TO TRY. I have always said that your foam is the absolute best. The lower profile Edge2000 DA system is also very intriguing to me. That would elimate the guess work centering the pads. If it works as good as the ones for the rotary, that would be awesome.

I assume I have the older adaptor as I ordered it last year but I havn`t had any problems with it! Should I exchange it anyway before a problem occurs?

While you may not have any problems with the older version, the newer one is shorter, lighter, and closer to the machine, all which contribute to cutting down on the vibrations and giving better control over the pad. Not to mention the added security of the pin to insure that the parts never come detached. Plus ITS FREE!! I would highly suggest that anyone with the older version take advantage of this offer.

Did you get a chance to put the details of the exchange offer on any of your websites yet? I know you had mentioned to me in your email that you would talk to your webmaster about doing so. That was about ten days ago. Wouldn`t that be a good thing to do?

Yup, we have discussed it with my webmaster and graphics designer. We try to put out the most professional image of the company on our website so it does take some time to design a page that shows and says what we want in the most effective and professional manner possible. Look for that page as well as alot of updates to the site by next week. We have also spoken with Dwayne at PAC and Jason at autogeek about listing the offer on their sites as well.

Hi Aaron, I just placed an order with Premium Auto Care on the 14th Feb both the DA pads and the rotary pads with both adapters. Do you think those are the new adapters ? Because I am ordering from oversea so it will be very troublesome to make the exchange.

And how about the pads, do you think those are the new pads ?
