    Yellow or Orange.

I currently have 3 white 2 black and 2 ORANGE LC pads. I am not ablt to remove some of the scratches and swirls on my paint. Is there that much of a difference in the ORANGE and YELLOW pads wilth says DACP,SSR2.5 OR IP?

Or should I just go with a 4" spot pad, and if so what color and how much are they?

For me, the yellow pads seem much more aggressive than the orange ones. Before moving up to a yellow pad, try another pass or two with the orange. Are you using a PC or a rotary buffer? What speed?

    orange with 1 pass.
I am very impatient, and its hard for me to stay in one place for a long time.

I have tried 4-6 in speed.

Try another pass with the orange pad at speed 5+. One thing to consider about the yellow pad - If you use this, you will almost definitely have to followup with a less aggressive pad and product to clean up the micromarring that the yellow pad is likely to cause. With the orange pad, you can often get by without having to step down.

If i was to buy a yellow pad would a pass over with VM after it take care of the marring or what about IP? I guess any good polish would take the marring.

A pass with a white polishing pad and a high quality finishing polish (SSR1, FP II, VM, etc.) should remove the micromarring from a yellow pad.
