    spray versus lotion

Just curious as to if anybody has done a comparison of the spray buffing products to their normal "lotion" type counterparts?

Better cut or faster cut? What about amount of product used?

Liquids like Meguiars 101 or 105 cut fast and have a superior cut to any other manufactures compounds IMO.

If you like longer working times, try a Menzerna compound

    Re: spray versus lotion

Geez, sorry I didnt notice this was the Optimum thread...

I have much experience with the Optimum Hyper Compound and Polish..

Hyper Polish is especially great at cleaning up and finishing down and can be used in the right conditions to do much more, especially with a Rotary..

    Hyper Compound is good too..

Both products keep correcting to their limitations and all the other variables, until you let up the pressure and let them finish..

Great products, hate the sprayer... I took the product out and put it into a normal clear plastic bottle with the twist lock top..

    Re: spray versus lotion

I jumped on the sprays when they first came out. Got away from them for last couple years been using HD stuff. Thinking about going back to optimum just wanted to see if any advantages choosing spray over the lotion or vice versa
