    Are there others out there that see similar salary ranges for 7 years of service?

    That isn`t bad for a detail shop. One of my local shops pays $15 per car.

    ...and I`m just a hobbyist more than a business owner.

    That`s just sad. Yet;

    This coming summer I will be upping the prices, as well as time I spend on the vehicles. Two days instead of one, regardless of the vehicle.
