I live out by the Pittsburgh Airport and I`m looking for some paint correction work to be done. I have a `06 Red GTO with some moderate swirl marks and light scratches in some places. I`m looking to have it clayed, swirl cutter then waxed/buffed. If anyone has some decent respectable shops in the area please let me know. I`d be willing to travel about an hour.

    Thanks guys

This issue has come up on several occasions. I do some detail work on the side but wouldn`t call myself a pro. Unfortunately, there just isn`t a strong presence of quality detailers in the Pgh area that I`ve bumped into or seen here at Autopia. In this area you primarily find high volume type establishments.

There are a couple guys that frequent these forums in Ohio along the PA border if you are willing to travel.

I`d love to find one in Pittsburgh too. My wife took her car to the local body shop but they just used fillers because a month later all the swirls were back.

Check me out on here or clubrsx. I am near DC but if I have a few paint correction jobs I would be more than willing to make the drive up and handle them.

I am in the Pittsburgh area and while I do not consider myself a pro I believe I am excellent at what I do. I can send some pictures of my work if there is some interest.

As you can see I do not post on here often, but I often read and learn in order to refine my skills. Also, you can see that I have been a member for some time so I have been learning and using my abilities for awhile now.
