Would anyone in the Long Island area (professional detailer) be able to remove a 1inx1in set of sanding scratches from body work?

Are they ontop of the paint or does it look as if they used too coarse of a grit prior to painting. If it`s the latter, you`re screwed. If it`s surface scratches, that`s an easy fix. Have Detailing Dynamics look at it if you take your car there for the clear bra (Per your other post)

They look to be under the paint.......I guess the only way to fix them would be to strip the entire area and repaint again - sigh. If it was surface scratches I would be thrilled.
