    Hey guys,

Just wanted to give you a heads up that C.A.R Products Inc. in Holyoke MA is having a wetsanding/rotary buffing class at their shop in Holyoke on Feb 10th from 8:30am-12:30pm.

You can find the link to the registration at C.A.R. Products -- Manufacturer of Cleaning Solutions , click on "buffing school".

I`m not affiliated with C.A.R. Products so I don`t know if it is any good or not, but for $40 it is worth a shot. I signed up, hopefully I`ll see some of you guys there too!

I live 30 minutes from CAR Products and have been to the class....It is well worth it..at least when I went 2 years ago....they are good people....they have a nice store front ..I was just there the other day to see what was on sale...his prices went up a little from the last time i was there ..but a good selection...

the instructor was a cool guy...lets you get hands on experience

well worth the money ..plus meet soom nice people also from the Mass area....I believe Attic dog went last year when I told him of the class...

    have fun

At one point I was thinking of attending this class, but Holyoke is a bit of a haul for me. I don`t think 2 hours away, but still a bit too far.

    it`s tempting to go.

i saw at this thread too late, they`re not picking up the phone and i don`t know whether the class is full. (don`t want to drive 3 hrs just to find out that the class is filled)

Anyone attend this class? Your impressions, did you learn anything new and was it worth $40?

The class was great. Very informative, detailed, and well worth the $40 IMHO. A variety of topics/techniques are discussed and there is a modicum of hands-on experience.

I`d recommend this to anyone who is leery of trying rotary buffing/wetsanding on their own.
