Thumbs up Hello everyone- here`s my intro

Hello, I`m from Smithtown, LI, NY. I have been interested in auto detailing for years. I would consider myself a profficient novice as I do all my work by hand. I rescently ordered the Porter Cable polisher and expect delivery 1/13. Your site is great. Thank you all for the valuable information.
It`s alot of info to digest, but I look forward to reading it all.
Are there any suggestions you could give a newbie with his first RO machine?

There are a bunch of folks from the Isle of Long. I`ll be traveling to Smithtown on business in February. I`ll have to check a map and see what good restaurants I can find.

Nice to have another neighbor aboard, welcome!

The Sonus Pads and Lake County Pads work great with the PC. Check out Poorboys products. They work great with the PC, and no matter what your preferences are, they have something to make the most of your ride. Steve or Dwayne are 1st Class - you cant go wrong with their help, products or advice.

There`s a lot of guys here from LI, you can get great recommendations for similar weather/road/environment experiences.

We should definitely all hook up at Bald Hill or something when the weather gets nice.

    Oh yeah, great screen name...

I`ve been thinking about it alot with this lousy weather. There are always nice rides at Bald Hill, but can you imagine a "DetailCity" corner with the sun hitting our rides? :drunk

I want the sunglass concession that night!

Re: Hello everyone- here`s my intro

I have been going bananas at work with my new 7424. I have a construction company, we have 7 vehicles. They are making for great practice. I did a kick a$$ job on a 1994 green E150 econoline van. And just did the 2000 e350 box truck this morning. Really starting to get the feel for the new machine. Thank goodness the newer trucks are white though. LOL
