    Red face Greetings from Missouri

This is my first post here.

I heard about this place and decided to stay on after getting annoyed with some of the more disruptive people at Autopia. I appreciate the much tighter rein the moderators exercise over here. No tolerance for offensive geeks.

I`m not much of a car buff, just a weekend warrior. And unlike the majority of people on these sites, I don`t care for small, sporty cars. If someone gave me a Ferrari, I would immediately sell it. I`m tall so I drive a Lexus LS400 which is my ideal real world vehicle (leaving out the Rolls Royces which I haven`t sat in) for its refinement and reliability.

I`ve been trying product for a year and my faves include 4*UPP, Megs #16, Natty`s, and in the best bang for the buck category -- ColorX. Best PC product to apply Megs #80. Thought Zaino was just ok -- too plasticky for me. Since I would just top it, if I wanted something like that I prefer to cheap out with Duragloss then top with #16. May try AIO/SG soon as I have small samples.

Hope to learn a lot over here. Then again, that might just mean more money.

    Welcome!

I have been both places since I started surfing the detailing forums. I know what you mean about the other forum too. I have a real liking for #80 too as it`s very easy to use with either the rotary, PC or hand. Do you still have the Zaino?

    Re: Greetings from Missouri

    Thanks to all of you.

Hey SpoiledMan, I mostly used up the small amount of Zaino I had although I have maybe an ounce left of Z5 and Z2 which I may use one more time in a comparo on the roof vs UPP.

    Nice to be welcome.
