I`ve been going to the Scottwax school of forearm development for the past twenty years of my life.

:LOLOL My older boy, who plays college football and has a real strength coach still can`t beat me in arm wrestling! However, he`d kill me in squats, he does sets of 10 with 430 and has maxed at 570. When his neck was measured for his tux (when my sister got married) it was 18 1/2"! He was only 21 inches long when he was born!



I really haven`t lifted since the early 90s but detailing every day really is an upper body workout. Now, if I could only lay off the popcorn at night...

No. I guess I was pretty busy for awhile. And I ate good food. And become addicted to V8 juice.
