HI Friends - Please see the pics attached. I have only shown the pics of my car where I see scratches/ swrils..I know that did not do a great job while taking these pics..however, I really need some guidance and recommendations here to understand how I fix these defects before i really start of detailing my whole car. please note that I live in apartment where washing with bucket is allowed but no power washers or hose pipes

To have any reasonable chance at success without superhuman effort, I think you will need to invest in a machine polisher. Unless you have had experience with a rotary, a dual action like the Griot`s Garage, Porter Cable or Meguiars units would be best to learn on. Some of the scratches look fairly deep so the Megs MF system would be the easiest way to attack.
Note - some may not be able to be fully correctable.
