    Figured I would start posting

I made an account a long time ago. Just figured now is a good time to start using it. I like the idea of unrestricted conversation.

For those of you who do not know me from AGO, Hi I am Ben!

I am an Automotive Technician, that has always had a fascination with detailing. In the last year I have been starting up my part time detailing business "Excellence Auto Detail."

I am also a tool junkie... But being a mechanic does that to you I guess.

Oh... and I enjoy a long walk on the beach... well as long as it takes to get to the hotdog cart anyway

Welcome to Autopia Forums Ben! Having an open forum is very nice.

I am actually going to school to become an Automotive Technician. I`ll probably become a tool junkie as well at sometime.

Just wondering, my brother and cousin both work for Snap-On, so I have to ask. Not bad tools, but definitely out of my budget, even with the family discount!

Hiya Ben glad to see you over here. There are a few from Ag that you will recognize. I have to admit once I got going over here I have hardly been back to AG. This place is kind of like Hotel California.

I had to find the passage back
To the place I was before

Yeah, I got most of mine while in trade school. 50-60% discount was awesome.

I feel like Autopia is more laid back and close knit. It`s definitely my preferred store/forum.

Yeah, I like AG, but the same question 900 times gets a little old. That and not being able to talk about stuff they do not sell. Although, now that they have CG there really isn`t to much left lol.

I completely agree. The "feel" of this forum is so much more relaxed over here. More like a conversation among friends.

From one tool junkie (retired ASE MasterTech), muscle car builder and enthusiast detailer to another, welcome to AF. Good people here.
