    Greetings from Maryland

What’s up everyone! I’m new to the forum and pretty novice when it comes to detailing. I recently sold my motorcycle (kid due in June). Given this, I’m looking to jump into detailing to replace my motorcycling hobby. I just recently found out I shouldn’t be using a shammy to dry my Jeep so it’s obvious how much of a beginner I am Greetings from Maryland

I placed an order for the 14 piece arsenal builder and a Wooly Mammoth microfiber drying towel from Chemical Guys. I’m looking forward to learning from from y’all!

Of course here’s a shot of my 2018 Grand Cherokee.

Welcome! Nice Jeep. I got started in “good detailing habits” when my son was due, it literally started with me wanting to totally clean the interiors so he could start life in clean, well-kept vehicles. Now he expects to see me in the garage or driveway regularly and happily stares at himself in the reflections.

Thank you! I just picked it up 2 weeks ago. I’m loving it so far. I’m really hoping I can do the same thing with my daughter and it teaches her to take pride in her own belongings later down the road.
