    Hi all, my name is Mark. I guess I am the FNG around here. I live in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and found this site because a friend showed it to me at work one day. I have always been a freak (perfectionist) about keeping my cars clean and it started with my first car, which was a 1977 Monte Carlo. I used to wax it once a month and it was always so clean it got compliments. It is harder now with, a wife and 4 kids to try to keep my vehicles as clean as I used to and it drives me a little bit crazy. My two oldest boys (14 and 16) recently helped me detail my daughters` college car (2001 Neon) and my 1999 Suburban. I think they may have the bug now as they are offering to buff out their friends Mustang. LOL



    I am a motorhead and always have been one. I love cars, motorcycles, airplanes and trains. I love shows about cars and car shows. Especially shows about rebuilding old cars from the ground up, which is what I would like to do with my 1970 Monte Carlo. I ride my Victory motorcycles year round as long as it isn`t snowing.



    I love seeing the before and after pics here and have learned a few things that have helped me detail my own vehicles, so thanks!! I don`t think I would ever want to do it for a living because it is really hard work and it would take the fun out of it for me. I respect the hell out of those who do. Nice work guys! Hopefully I`ll be able to contribute some pics of my home details in the future.

    Welcome! I think you are going to have to try a bit harder to stand out here with that statement, once a month is considered letting it go...
