Welcome RX-8 and BlackPT too.
Hey Totoland I work at Yellow, 435 and Roe. It`d be cool to have a KC meeting sometime.

Cyclo is a type of polisher looks like this .... http://www.perfectpolish.com/Cyclo%20Polisher.htm
PC is another type.... http://autopia-carcare.com/pc-7424.html
RX8: I sent you a pm, but here is what those terms are:
The Cyclo is a polishing tool that`s been around since the 1950`s ... and some of them are still going since then. It was originally designed to polish aircraft and other large surfaces. It`s been adapted for auto use with velcro cups that hold twin 4" pads that operate in a random orbit pattern. It`s considered a step up from the Porter-Cable unit and has advantages/disadvantages. It`s big and operates on a single RPM (3,000) and it`s expensive $250 versus the Porter-Cable that can be purchased for $100 or so.
The Cyclo can really tackle swirls with the right combo pad and product. One of the problems it has is size: it simply won`t get in tight areas of certain cars (like Porsche fender curves).
LSP=Last Step Product. Commonly referred to what the final coat of product is. Sealant or Carnuba.

Wow a lot of us from Kansas here... I`m in the middle, Manhattan -- you know -- home of the Wildcats. Have to all get together a cruise in sometime.
