Interstate and local car club cruises, track days, drags

During summer I go to as many dirt track speedways interstate and locally to watch/report/photograph V8 super sedan racing (similar to late models)

Know heaps of drivers from most states. Great fun indeed

Also enjoy my video movie collection (on all domestic video formats) and help out at my church as much as I can
Car care/detailing sadly isn`t high on the agenda for 98% of australians.

Cool...when I move out to the West I`ll be getting a long sea kayak like that. For now though, I just have a simple Old Town Otter 9.5` recreational kayak. It`s been on Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, and the Wolf River (famous in WI. Longest continuous whitewater in the state) though. It`s been great for everything I`ve used it for. But most of the time it`s just lounging around local lakes/streams, catching bass/pike/panfish all morning. Can`t beat that!

Yup. The Lake Superior trip was to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, which is a very popular place to kayak, because there are caves carved into the cliffs, and you can paddle right into them. Very cool trip indeed.

I work as a computer engineer for one of the dot coms that survived. Been here 5 years - it`s a pretty cushy job so I can`t complain.
