    Greetings,

First post here. So, I`ve just bought a 73 Revcon motor home but one of my big issues is that`s it`s been sitting for six years, many of which were under a tree. The paint on that side is in bad shape.

Some information, it is an all aluminum body with acrylic enamel paint. It may have been repainted but I`m not sure about that.

So, what is the best way to get the paint clean and get the shine back? I`m concerned about pressure washing, I don`t know if it could damage the paint or anything in the RV. Thoughts on that? I`ve actually heard of people using soft scrub to get the initial grime off without issue but that makes me nervous as well.

It also has a very musty smell, I don`t know if it`s mold or mildew in there. It is on the ceiling through a portion of the RV. The walls are made from a plastic type of material so cleaning may not be a problem.

I haven`t had much luck with the research I`ve done so far so any information you can give is greatly appreciated.
