Mothers B2B Tire renew vs R3 Racing Rubber Remover

I have both and after looking at the R3 recently, the products seem to be chemically similar. Are they? Same consistency, color, smell.

They do have a few ingredients in common, but they are definitely different. Maybe the fragrance is similar.

One is formulated to clean rubber, and the other to remove it from your vehicle`s surface.

Jim, the Back-To-Black Tire Cleaner has been relabled from, as Bunky stated in the title, Back-To-Black Tire Renew? Or was the product changed?

And thank you for your quick responses to this and others in your sub-forum, I think the few replies you`ve given makes you one of the top posters of the month!

While we thought "Tire Renew" was a great name, some people thought it was a dressing -- so we simply renamed it to "Tire Cleaner," which is really what it does. No formulation change.

The Back to Black Tire cleaner is excellent stuff. I’ve gone through several bottles.
