45 gallons max. I usually fill to 40 gals

all depends what you`re doing. If i`m doing a `conventional` wash, on a dirty car, with ironx, and maybe tarminator, its a lot of rinsing. So maybe 1 car only. However, if you`re doing rinseless washes on cars that aren`t getting the full decon, you can do the math and you`ll see you can squeeze a lot of washes from it.

It was hardly autopian in nature, but I did 4 filthy chevy suburbans via rinseless washes at a nearby beach for a movie shoot (these vehicles were getting destroyed anyway from what I gathered - thus 4 of them). I used the pressure washer to pre-rinse and I was able to finish the job with a little in the tank still

Using a pressure washer is a must once youre concerned with the water usage. You save so much. I carry a karcher thats 1.4gpm I think

Thanks for the info. I do rinseless when I can get away with it, but most of my clients live in rural areas, and their vehicles are usually filthy and require a power washer. Im thinking of going with a 100 gal tank. My power washer is pretty efficient (1.5 gpm) so I think Ill be more than fine.
