The Beast After A Half Day
Congrats on your first post here!
That looks like it`s coming together nicely. Please feel free to post more pics. Maybe include some more shots of the rest of your detailing arsenal?
is that an enclosed utility bed, KUV, or what? I`ve eyed these kind of trucks at work or years now. PLENTY of room for sure. Nice choice
i will post more pics when i get more done its a 2002 120,000 miles 3500 kuv lots of room used it for the last few yrs as a parts van for the bodyshop
I work for a commercial truck and van dealership and I knew it was one of the two. We`ve actually built a few KUVs for people. Not a fun task lol. Being a Knapheide bed dealer, we have to do things like that from time to time.
Was looking into the enclosed van, truck too. Also looking into the Spartan Service Bodies. In an enclosed everything is protected from the elements and thieves (for the most part). IMO it would benefit me and my Detailing and pressure washing services.
what kind of truck is that??
Looks like you can put everything in there but the kitchen sink.

I`ve learned blood is not thicker than money.
nice i need some space in my van i got a ford e350 but my water tank generator air comp and the power washer take all the space.
If I was to set up a mobile rig, I think I would go for a 12ft box truck. We get entire fleets of retired Budget Rentals trucks at work, and from my measurements, they would be perfect. Easy to drive and maneuver, lots of room, and you have a 12 foot rolling billboard on each side. KUVs are very nice too, but they are hard to find and VERY hard (and expensive) to build. If your out of room in the cargo van, your best option is either a trailer to pull behind it, or a bigger vehicle all together such as a box truck.
It looks good so far!
Spend some time laying everything out positioning tools and supplies so they`re easy to access and store.

That`s a lot of space to work with. I especially like the shelving.
