A shop would be ideal! April sounds good, although if you a shop is available, it opens up other months/dates as well.

April 9th should work for me. I`ll do my best to keep that weekend open. And I only have classes for 2hrs on Fridays so I`ll have plenty of time to detail the car then.

My understanding is the shop is heated, and has water. The shop is at a private residence and I want to make sure the owner get his cost cover, and alittle extra just for having us. I personally am still thinking April because of the distance that some people might have to travel.

I will be contacting Eric from LC pads to see if he can attend, and any other suggestions would be appreciated.

April is a good month, I do work some Saturdays , but at this time I dont know which Saturdays I will have to work. April is not a heavy month , depending on how much work there is I may be able to take the day off.

The day is set for April 9th. This is going to be held at a private residence. Him and I talked about it and we both agree that about 20 should come. We are trying to work out an agenda, and are still trying to get some reps to come.

No. I don`t think there is enough room for all of them though. We`ll have to keep this as an Autopia / DC only meet I think.
