3847 Carnation at 10am on Sunday May 15th, sounds like a plan, be their or be square. I think that 3847 Carnation is a little west of Mannheim RD and a little north of Waverland, correct me if Im wrong.

Mannheim To Seymour, west on Seymour to Carnation. South on Carnation for about 100 ft. . .on the east side of the road.
