Thanks! Not too bad honestly. While we subbed out the excavation, concrete, and truss work, everything else we have done or will be doing ourselves. The in-floor heat was only about $3200. I purchased a closed loop system from Radiantec but ordered the PEX elsewhere as well and the Takagi water heater. Laying the PEX down was pretty simple and since I work on CAD all day I was able to lay out the routing so that all 4 loops were about the same length. My concrete guys hatted me for the extra rebar and 2" chairs though! They wanted me to staple the PEX to the foam so they didn`t have to step through all that mess. LOL

New GMC Denali 2500HD in for paint correction and CQuartz Finest long term coating. I swore I`d never do another large black truck after the last one but this truck belongs to a very good client and I couldn`t say no.
Dealer hacked this one up real good!!!
Process:
Wash - Megs D114
Wheels - Sonax Wheel Cleaner Plus & various brushes.
Tires - Cleaned with Megs D143 and Tuf-Shine brush. Dressed with Megs Hyper Dressing
Paint Prep - Nanos Skin Towel and Glide as lube
Paint Correction - M205 on the G21 with Megs MFFP followed by HD 502 on the G15 with yellow BOSS pads. Tight areas done with Rupes LHR75e and Flex PE14
Chrome - Optimum Metal Polish
Glass- Megs D120
Coating Prep - CarPro Essence with a black BOSS foam pad
Coating - 2 coats CQuartz Finest
Pics
Scangrip
Fenix
Prior to Essence
All done
Love me some Essence and Finest!!!
Wheels coated too
Thanks for looking,
Rasky
Awesome job, i hear you when it comes to large trucks . I`m screwed in that area because here in TX a LOT of the vehicles are trucks, they sure are quite the challenge.

Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It`s good to be da King !!!Post Thanks / Like - 1 Likes, 0 Thanks, 0 DislikesRaskyR1 liked this post
LOL! Yeah, I`d imagine you see a LOT more trucks down there. I think what I hate the most is that they barely fit in my garage and I have very little space to move/work, especially in the front and rear. Once the new garage is done I don`t think they will bother me as much.

scangrip and fenix? are those your new light set ups?
Very nice. Huge undertaking to cover that much real estate all in black.
A society willing to trade liberty for temporary security deserves neither and will lose both

Not really. The scangrip is newer but I mainly use for a side work light, though it does pretty well at showing defects and has more accurate color for my pics too. Nice light, just way over priced IMO.
My Fenix has been my inspection light for a long time now and shows things even the sun doesn`t show...it will drive you crazy!
Once it`s all done and plumbing is hooked up I`ll probably keep it at 45 in the winter unless I`m working, which is only on the weekends. There is going to be a 1/2 bath in the back room along with a washer/dryer/basin. It`s mostly below grade and will be well insulated, so I doubt it will run much to maintain that temp. When I`m working I`ll probably have it set a 65, but need to see how it feels as it`s a lot different not having cold air near the floor.
This client has radiant floors at his home and his car condo which is what made me fall in love with it and became a must have. He also owns that above Denali HD

1. That Denali came out PERFECT!
2. You`re the man
3. I love seeing those updates on your garage. You should consider opening it up to the public and charge admission so car guys/girls can "ooh" and "ahh" over the details. I`d pay for a tour!
4. I love that Prowler.
