Searching for Chicago Detail Shop or Space

I`ve been lurking this site for a few days now, and finally decided it`s time to get involved. My two business partners and I are interested in pursuing the purchase of an existing car wash/detail shop, or the development or a brand new one from the ground up. Unfortunately, there do not seem to be too many for sale in the Chicagoland area, and a lot of those that are up for sale are self-serve locations (which we are not interested in).



Since a lot of you are in the industry, I was hoping that this thread might provide some feedback on either: 1) An existing business that is up for sale or 2) A good location for such a business to be developed.
