I live in Bowie, MD and could possibly make Bethesda depending on the date. I am always up to increase my knowledge.

If anyone has time to talk about carpet and interiors, I would appreciate it.
Interior work can be covered also.

Ok, that`s my ten. Jorburnet has offered his driveway. Joburnet- is this still ok for you? If not, I ask that people interested assist me in looking for a place by looking at different areas near them. Some req`s would be power availiable, enough room to get around the car without squeezing yourself, possible sun cover (I have 1 or 2 E-Z Ups) etc.
Tools and stuff I can bring: extension cords, PC and pads, Makita rotary and pads, polishes and compounds, and any of my other products that anyone would like to try. I`d like to bring the Lexo, so it`s all gotta fit in my trunk.
Thanks.

I`m excited to see some different products used and meet other detailing enthusiasts in the area. I don`t see a date set yet...Next weekend i`ll be in Detroit so I won`t be able to attend if scheduled then.
It probably won`t be until mid-June. I know I can`t make any weekday trips to NoVa, because I have, you know, school
Plus, if we wait until June, I`ll be able to drive to the event with an able bodied 18+ year old that has their own licence.

This is still fine with me, I have pretty much no limit on people attending as there is a very large parking lot right next to my house that is empty on weekends (100 cars or so) I have quite a bit of equipment for my mobile detailing shop but we will be working at full swing any saturday in June so most of the equipment will be in use but plenty of products will be available.
Well, you can cross me off the list. I`ll be in the 37203 zip code this summer
Talk is cheap because supply exceeds demand.

Bummer.
How long? Just the summer?

is this event closed? i would like to come out, i might be able to add a little something. been a hobbiest detailer for the better part of 16 years.
i also have a 10x10 ezup and a rotary and pc. a auto dealership would be an ideal location. maybe i can see if anyone would be willing to host.
I`m definitly interested. I live in Southern Maryland so I am kinda centrally located if you will. Bethesda MD, isn`t too bad, and I am only 30 -45 min. from King George/Fredericksburg VA.
I do work alot of weekends so once we decide on a date, I will know for sure.

Yep--I`ll be back in the WB in August.

Evil_C5- nope, not closed.
thinksnow- we`ll take a picture of the bottle of beer you would have been drinking with us...them.
General Lee- sounds good.
So far, the date in my mind could be somewhere in mid-late June. July is gonna be too damned hot, and August, well August is too. I get out on the 17th, but the requisite end of the year partying takes out that weekend for me.

The following weekend (June 24th-26th) i`ll have family in town visiting, so I may not be able to make it.
July/August look good for me!!!
Hope we can work something out.
June 26th is my bday so that would not be a good weekend, the weekend after that is July 4th weekend....
Who had July 4th plans already? What better way to celebrate your independance than by learning how to properly prep a car?
How`s July 4th? It gives us... you guys an excuse to bring beer and explosives.
