    I understand that there are a lot of bits to remove (headlamps, washers, air dam, fog lamps, etc.), but the quote still seems a little bit high.

    At times, its almost cheaper to get a new bumper and paint that.

    Haha, this is true. But I think for an OEM bumper cover, it`s about $1100.

    Well, I figured out it`s pretty easy for me to remove the front bumper. I wonder if I sand the paint off down to the plastic how much a good shop would charge just to prime and paint it. Surely it couldn`t be more than $200-300.
