Guess I`ll be ordering/trying this with my 4s and seeing what happens. Nice tip Charlie.

EDIT: the setup you have with your I-Phone looks very nice. Especially with how easy it could be to video your issues and send them on the fly to your client.

As promised, here are a couple of in-use shots. These are the same paint chip as I previously showed with the iPad (haven`t done anything with it yet), shot through the same microscope:
Definitely nowhere near as good quality-wise.... just goes to show how far things have come since the 3GS came out. I`m sure an iPhone 4/4S with the retina display and higher MP camera would be able to match or surpass the iPad 3 camera. I`ll probably finally upgrade when the iP-5 comes out.

I really like this. Definitely need to upgrade my IPhone (was waiting for your results) It sure beats the jewelers loop. Plus I`m always worried about it pulling my glasses off and hitting the paint. Can`t beat the documentation aspect either.
Thanks for posting

My 45x showed up today, Charlie. Definitely works well and is very clear and easy to see with the eye....just doesn`t seem like its 45x though....

Great thread Charlie.
