How do you know its time to bring on help? Im busy through the day by myself but now I have no time to go out and Market anymore.

If you`re busy all day you probably don`t need to be out marketing
The only times I bring on help is when I get backed up because of rain. If you`re busy, thats a good thing and means that you are putting out quality work. One thing I can recommend if you are looking to have a helper here and there is try to find a family member, brother, cousin, nephew..Somebody that you don`t feel is a threat to taking away business, have them do the interior while you are working with the paint, you`ll have it done in half the time.
