I`m looking into a decent sized toolbox which I was thinking of pop riveting in a divider to neatly hold the PC w/backing plate seperate from the pads. I know there is a PC case, but it`s $36US, and plastic; I`m looking at steel.

    Thoughts?

I just keep them in the cupboard, with the pads in the original plastic bags with the tops cut off so they can air out a little bit but dont come into contact with each other.

I`ve been thinking of getting a galvanised shelf, with a small plastic drawer to keep them in.

I picked up a nice Black and Decker toolbox for like $9.00 at Walmart. Its big enough for my PC and all my pads. I store my pads upright in ziploc bags. It even has a tray to hold misc items.

The PC is in an old Waxmaster plastic case. The pads are in Ziplocks in one of my four drawer rolling plastic Sterilite cabinents. See the pic in my sig and gallery.

I have two of these containers, one for rotary pads, one for PC pads. I will soon be adding one for cyclo pads. I keep my pads inside plastic bags inside the containers.

I keep the PC in the black case with the red handle. ALL of my polishes, waxes, etc are also in there. I transfer them to 8oz yorker bottles so that they fit.

I bought (2) 19 inch tool boxes from Home Depot for 4 bucks each. I should have bought more! I use one to put my PC in as well as about 5 pads and the backing plate. I use the other one for my polishes/waxes. The rest of my stuff I use like rubbermaid containers.
