Updated LC CCS pads on LT, anyone?

Has anyone tried the updated LC CCS pads on any long throw machine? I know that LC has updated the foam formulations and added tapered edges of the pads. Some time in the future, I`ll be adding some new pads to my collection, the new pads will be for use with a future long throw. How would you guys guess that these updated CCS pads would perform on a LT, most likely a 15mm?

I used orange ones this last week. They say they run cooler, but I had heat build issues with them. I switched in the middle of the car to the hexlogic pads I had, and didn`t have those issues. It may have been my technique, or just built more heat. To boot, I was dealing with hard clear coat. So they may have been an issue for them.

I would not recommend a closed-cell foam or a collapsed cell structure foam for use on a long throw polisher.

    Why not?
