Re: What pads do you like on a 75mm mini polisher?

    Rupes green and yellow
Boss MF, orange, yellow, black (don`t bother with the white, its that really hard type foam)
    B&S UroTech Burgundy/yellow/white Uro-Fiber MF
Meg MF, Burgundy/yellow/black Powerpads (work the best on concave panels for me)

I am not a fan of the blue Rupes or B&S foam pads.

Hey, that was a good list of what you have/like/don`t, thanks!

I wonder if I`d be exactly the opposite regarding the Boss white vs. black...I can`t recall *EVER* liking a black Finishing Pad from any maker, not once. BUT, I do often like kinda-firm white/polishing pads, often for jobs others would want a black/very soft pad for.

The white Boss pad is that hard quick cutting compounding foam. Where the foam does not conform at all and makes a ton of squeaking noises in use. Similar foam to the Carpro Flash pads. The yellow pad is similar to the white LC polishing pads you are thinking of. The BOSS black finishing pads are too soft for me as the machine weight compresses the pad too much. They need to make a firmer finishing pad that is just as soft cutting wise but does not compress so easily.
