    it says they are on back order but yes that is what most people use.

    true but for a little extra money you can have one that is brand new

    I have a few recond. tool and never had a problem with any of them but

    the price for my tool was way less then new

    I was on ebay for about 5 weeks looking to find one at a good price. One basically fell into my lap at ~$102, brand new too. If you really want to save a buck I would try there first.
